On December 15, 2006, Outdoor World Corporation sold the Outdoor World campgrounds to an affiliate of Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc., a real estate investment trust (“ELS”). At the same time, ELS leased the Outdoor World campgrounds to an affiliate of Privileged Access, LP, which operates the nation’s leading membership camping systems.

Through its affiliates, Privileged Access operates the Thousand Trails, NACO, Leisure Time and Mid-Atlantic (formerly BullEk) networks of membership campgrounds, featuring 66 great locations in 16 states and British Columbia, Canada. Privileged Access is committed to providing exceptional member service and a quality experience to all its members, and it intends to provide this same level of dedication to the Outdoor World members.

First and foremost, we want you to know that your membership benefits have not changed. You will continue to have access to the same great resorts you’ve always had. Secondly, Outdoor World’s regional management team of Adella Houck and Don Delaplain will join Privileged Access’ management team to help ensure the transition is seamless and the needs of Outdoor World members are met.

Effective December 18, 2006, you should use the following telephone numbers and addresses:

Your member number has changed slightly. To determine your new number, please use the conversion table below. The first two digits of the Outdoor World member number have been replaced with the new 3 digits. The remaining 6 digits of your member number remains the same. Once you have the new number, you can make reservations online at: www.thousandtrails.com. Please continue to use your existing Outdoor World membership card during this transition. If you do not have a card, your new member number and ID will allow you entrance to the parks.

We will be holding meetings in the future in and around the resorts to ask for feedback on your membership, help explain what is new, and answer general questions.
